We are pleased to announce that Nathan Wright from Empirical Technologies will moderate an expert panel for the upcoming Orthopedic Design and Technology (ODT) Forum. The ODT event brings manufacturers, experts, consultants, and suppliers together to promote the gains and best practices in orthopedic technology.
Nathan Wright is an engineer and regulatory specialist at Empirical Technologies, a member of the ATS Family of Companies (FoC). He brings nearly a decade of experience in medical device testing and regulatory compliance. As a regulatory specialist, Nathan collaborates with medical device manufacturers and the FDA, smoothing the way for clearance. Nathan is also an established authority in surgical navigation technology and sacroiliac, spinal, and trauma implants. He has contributed to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM’s) subcommittees for medical devices and developed test methods included in the ASTM F3574 standard.
As moderator, Nathan will guide a panel of four experts as they discuss the expanding role of additive manufacturing in the medical industry. The panel is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24th, at the FedEx Institute of Technology on the University of Memphis campus.
